Abstract:

To address global warming and environmental degradation, countries around the world are actively implementing carbon neutrality policies. Energy audits and energy efficiency improvement mechanisms play a significant role in energy conservation, emission reduction, and helping to achieve the "dual carbon" goals. This paper studies energy audits in large manufacturing enterprises and finds that some equipment on the production line has low energy utilization efficiency. We build an energy utilization efficiency optimization model and an energy management decision support system model to comprehensively analyze and optimize energy audits and energy efficiency improvement. The project results help energy-using units to better formulate energy management strategies, achieve efficient energy use, and reduce carbon emissions. They also help answer questions related to China's energy and energy efficiency, effectively promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and contribute to achieving the "dual carbon" goals. In addition, they help improve the theoretical system of energy audits, enhance the technical level of energy audits, provide a scientific basis for enterprise energy management, promote the development of a green economy, and contribute wisdom and strength to building a green, low-carbon, and efficient energy system.

Key Words:

energy audit; energy efficiency improvement; dual carbon goals; energy management decision support system; energy conservation and emission reduction
