Abstract：

With the rapid development of social economy, the way of unfair competition has also changed, and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law is beyond the reach of the whip. However, after decades of implementation, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law has finally ushered in a major revision, and there are some new development trends in the manifestations of unfair competition today. From the perspective of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, this paper studies the protection of consumer rights and interests, expounds the current situation of consumer rights and interests protection under the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and highlights the following problems: the scope of consumer rights and interests protection is not clear, the concept of consumers is not defined, the status quo of judicial decisions is worrying, and the legal liability clause for consumer rights and interests is missing, so as to understand its status and role in the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems to realize the protection of consumer rights and interests.
