Abstract：

This paper analyzes the current state of public expenditure and constructs an evaluation system for measuring the quality of economic growth using panel data from Anhui Province spanning the years 2010 to 2022. The results indicate that the scale of public expenditure in Anhui Province has been expanding, with a relatively stable structure. The quality of economic growth across cities in the province has been increasing year by year, forming three distinct tiers with significant differences among them.
