Abstract:
As a significant branch of dentistry, dental aesthetic restoration integrates both artistic and scientific elements. It requires clinicians to possess not only proficient clinical skills but also a profound understanding and practical ability in aesthetics. This paper analyzes the intrinsic connection between artistry and science in aesthetic restoration, explores corresponding clinical strategies, and, in conjunction with educational practices, proposes the necessity of incorporating a comprehensive teaching model of aesthetic restoration in higher dental education. The aim is to provide theoretical support and teaching references to enhance the clinical capabilities and aesthetic literacy of dental professionals
