Abstract:

In recent years, the incidence of adolescent scoliosis has been on the rise, becoming a significant concern affecting the physical health and development of teenagers. Due to the subtlety of early symptoms, many students are only diagnosed during physical examinations or after noticeable physical changes, missing the optimal intervention period. This paper explores early screening techniques and corrective interventions for adolescent scoliosis through literature analysis and practical observation, aiming to propose feasible intervention strategies to inform school health management and family education. The study finds that establishing systematic screening mechanisms, enhancing school physical examinations, promoting spinal health education, and integrating scientific training with physical interventions are key approaches to preventing and correcting adolescent scoliosis.
