Abstract:
With the continuous development of the higher vocational education system, the impact of the school atmosphere on vocational nursing students' career choices and professional identity has received widespread attention. Schools are not only institutions for imparting knowledge but also crucial environments where students develop their professional outlook. This study aims to explore in depth how the school atmosphere influences the career choice process of vocational nursing students and its role in shaping their professional identity, in order to provide practical guidance for improving the quality of nursing education and promoting the professional development of nursing students.
