Abstract:
As the aging of Chinese society continues to deepen, the population aged 60 and above has reached 264 million, accounting for 18.7% of the total population. At the same time, the penetration rate of mobile Internet in the elderly group continues to increase, with more than 118 million mobile users aged 60 and above. However, the current mobile application market is still insufficient in terms of specialised design for older users, especially in the field of content community-based applications, where there is a significant gap. This study systematically analyses the functional needs and experience pain points of the elderly group in mobile Internet use through the focus interview method, KANO model analysis method and multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method, and puts forward a complete set of interactive interface design solutions for age-appropriate content community apps. The research starts from two dimensions of functional perception and visual perception, constructs a service blueprint and a functional contact map based on the core needs of elderly users, and proposes specific design and implementation strategies. The research results not only provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the design of ageing-friendly mobile apps, but also provide technical support for improving the quality of digital life of elderly groups and promoting active ageing.
