Abstract：

This article delves into the close relationship between Chinese-style modernization and the mediation profession, emphasizing the crucial role of mediation in advancing Chinese-style modernization. By analyzing the spirit of the 20th Central Committee’s Third Full Meeting, the article highlights that high-quality development of mediation is a key pathway to achieving social harmony and individual justice. The article underscores that mediation is not only a skill but also a manifestation of cultural heritage and innovative integration, calling for the promotion of the fine traditions of the mediation profession, drawing on successful experiences, and continuously innovating mediation mechanisms to enhance the level of mediation. The article believes that under the goal of building a harmonious society, mediation will play an even more significant role, injecting endless momentum into the realization of Chinese-style modernization, making every process of conflict resolution a solid step towards social progress.
