Abstract：

With the development of the digital economy, the risk of personal information leakage is gradually increasing. There are still problems in the relevant personal information public interest litigation system, such as unclear litigation order, unclear burden of proof, and imperfect compensation system. Therefore, laws and regulations should be reasonably formulated, the burden of proof should be reasonably allocated, and the compensation system should be refined.
