Abstract：

In the important period of restructuring the global governance system, emerging powers are gradually participating in the process of global order reconstruction through economic growth and increased international influence. This article focuses on the key role of emerging powers in promoting multilateralism and South South cooperation, advocating for a new international development agenda, and pointing out their positive actions in addressing global challenges and addressing governance deficits.
