Abstract:
In recent years, with changes in lifestyle and dietary patterns, the issue of childhood obesity has become increasingly severe and has emerged as a global public health challenge. Childhood obesity not only affects children's physical and mental health but is also closely related to the early onset of various chronic diseases, potentially continuing into adulthood, creating a vicious cycle. This paper summarizes the major factors contributing to childhood obesity, including genetics, family dietary structure, insufficient physical activity, and psychological factors, through literature analysis and case studies. It also proposes scientifically sound health management strategies such as nutritional intervention, physical exercise, family support, and multi-dimensional collaborative interventions from schools, aiming to provide reference and insight for the prevention and control of childhood obesity in the future.
