Abstract：

Financial risk management is the focus of the current financial industry. The purpose of this article is to discuss the dilemmas faced by financial risk management and how to deal with them. On this basis, the main dilemmas faced by financial risk management are analyzed, including the problem of information asymmetry and the challenges of risk assessment and monitoring. Furthermore, this paper discusses the causes of the financial risk management dilemma from two aspects: internal management deficiencies and external environmental factors, and gives corresponding suggestions and measures.
