In today's era, the wave of digital transformation is sweeping across the world with unprecedented momentum, profoundly reshaping the development pattern of various fields. Big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other cutting-edge digital technologies have gradually evolved from a mere technological innovation force to a key driving force for social and economic change. As far as public management is concerned, the impact of digital transformation is both extensive and far-reaching. In this context, exploring effective paths for public policy innovation and management efficiency improvement has become a must for government departments to adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of the public. In-depth study of this topic not only helps to enrich the theoretical system of public management, but also provides practical guidance for the government to optimize governance practices in the digital era, which is of great significance and far-reaching. In this regard, this paper analyzes the impact of digital transformation on public policy by describing the relevant theoretical foundations, and then discusses the path of public policy innovation and management effectiveness enhancement, with a view to providing reference for policy makers.
