Abstract：

As business evolves and tech advances, simulation software aids business training. Teams collaborate on tasks, enhancing skills. This study examines contemplation in simulations, showing improved strategic choices. Using Gibbs’ Cycle, we find enhanced decision-making in graduate teams. Simulations bridge theory with practice.
