Design and Implementation of the E.I Defender Experimental Project Based on the DBMS Database

Abstract:

In order to solve the low use efficiency of existing experimental equipment and rely on manual maintenance and recording, with the database prefabricated components behind a program, establish a program based on the DBMS database initialization and ASP architecture into the detailed information of experimental equipment and users. DDL technology and DML technology realize the monitoring and integration of equipment running status to provide data support for laboratory management and maintenance. Build a management cornerstone to ensure the accuracy of user information. Based on E.I Guard recording the use of the equipment in real time, it can query the use history of the equipment, analyze the behavior and generate the maintenance reminder, so as to provide the basis for the management decision. It can also reduce the damage rate of the experimental equipment, save the maintenance cost and prolong the service life. This research focuses on the information management of experimental equipment, combining database technology with small program, aiming to build an efficient and convenient management system of experimental equipment. Through the design of system architecture, the planning of database table structure and the realization of small program functions, it provides a comprehensive equipment management solution for laboratory managers, researchers and students. The system architecture covers the selection of the front-end small program development framework and the back-end database and the communication mode between them. It uses the database to store all kinds of information of experimental equipment, including basic equipment information, use records, inventory and maintenance information, etc., to ensure the security, integrity and consistency of the data. At the small program end, users can realize the functions of equipment information query, borrowing and return operation, inventory management and maintenance record addition and so on, which improves the efficiency and convenience of experimental equipment management. At the same time, through the interaction between the small program and the database, the real-time update and sharing of information is realized, and many disadvantages of manual recording in the traditional management mode are overcome, and they provide strong support for the daily operation and scientific research of the laboratory.
