Abstract：

With the higher demands of social development in the new era for the comprehensive quality of technical and skilled talents, the integration of ideological and political education and student management in vocational colleges has become a crucial path to promote the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Based on the analysis of the current status of ideological and political education and student management in vocational colleges, this paper dissects the main problems in their integration and proposes strategies such as constructing a“Three-All”education mechanism, optimizing management systems, enhancing team quality, and innovating educational carriers. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.
