Abstract：

Campus environment design is the carrier of educational function, the platform of cultural inheritance, the embodiment of campus spirit, the means to enhance the image of the school, and an important factor in promoting sustainable development. Incorporating the elements of Chinese outstanding traditional culture in campus environment design can not only inherit and promote Chinese outstanding traditional culture, enrich the artistic atmosphere of the campus, but also enhance the cultural soft power of the school, and strengthen the students' sense of cultural identity and pride. Therefore, colleges and universities should pay attention to the value of integrating Chinese excellent traditional cultural elements in campus environment design.
