Abstract:
Objective To explore the design of individualized nursing pathways for patients with stress-related bone injuries, establish a nursing process based on risk assessment, centered on staged interventions, and aimed at functional recovery, thereby improving nursing quality and rehabilitation outcomes. Method Based on literature reviews and clinical observations, we analyzed high-risk populations and risk factors for stress-related bone injuries, integrated multi-dimensional assessment tools, and proposed a scientific risk identification method; Combining the phased characteristics of bone tissue repair, three-stage nursing goals were established, with clear nursing priorities for each stage; individualized intervention strategies were introduced, and a multidisciplinary collaboration mechanism was integrated to form a dynamic, systematic, and personalized nursing pathway framework. Result The established nursing pathway effectively guides nursing practice, enabling comprehensive management from pain control, bone healing support to functional reconstruction, thereby improving patient compliance, shortening rehabilitation time, and reducing the risk of re-injury. Conclusion The individualized nursing pathway design based on risk assessment aligns with the rehabilitation patterns and individual needs of patients with stress-related bone injuries, providing a practical and scalable pathway model for clinical nursing, with significant application value and research significance.
