Abstract：

In recent years, with ongoing advancements in minimally invasive techniques, their applications in hepatobiliary surgery have become increasingly extensive, particularly in complex surgical cases, yielding remarkable clinical outcomes. Characterized by smaller wounds, quicker recovery, and fewer complications, minimally invasive surgery has gradually emerged as a key modality in hepatobiliary treatment. This paper systematically analyzes the current applications, clinical advantages, challenges, and limitations of minimally invasive techniques in complex hepatobiliary surgery, and explores future development trends. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for standardizing, personalizing, and intelligently advancing minimally invasive hepatobiliary therapy.
