Abstract：

In the context of the new era, the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational colleges and universities is facing new challenges and requirements. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the talent cultivation path of higher vocational colleges based on the concepts of “three full educations” and “five educations at the same time”, analyze the shortcomings of the existing cultivation system, and put forward operable improvement measures, so as to provide references for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
