Abstract：

This paper discusses the challenges faced in the application of big data in hotel management and proposes corresponding countermeasures. It analyses the opportunities that big data brings to the hotel industry and emphasises the importance of addressing these challenges and implementing countermeasures for the development of the hotel industry.
