Abstract:
In the era of rapid development of the digital economy, the widespread application of digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence is reshaping the environment in which businesses operate and thrive. As market competition intensifies, consumer demands evolve rapidly, and industrial landscapes undergo accelerated transformation, traditional strategic decision-making models reliant on experience and intuition increasingly struggle to adapt to the complex and dynamic market environment. Against this backdrop, digital technologies are redefining decision-making processes, expanding decision-making dimensions, and enhancing decision-making accuracy through data empowerment, algorithm optimisation, and ecosystem collaboration. Exploring the underlying logic, practical pathways, and implementation strategies of digital technology-enabled intelligent transformation in corporate strategic decision-making not only enriches the theoretical framework of corporate strategic management but also provides practical guidance for businesses to optimise decision-making mechanisms and enhance decision-making efficiency in the digital age. In response, this paper reviews the relevant theoretical foundations, analyses the significance of the intelligent transformation and efficiency improvement of corporate strategic decision-making under the empowerment of digital technology, and explores the pathways for the intelligent transformation of corporate strategic decision-making through digital technology, with the aim of providing references for related theoretical research.
