Abstract:
In the historical progression of management theory, Frederick Winslow Taylor's The Principles of Scientific Management stands as a seminal work of profound significance. This study delves into the humanistic ethos inherent in Taylor's contributions, undertaking an innovative exploration and reconfiguration of these ideas. With the aim of broadening the theoretical depth and enhancing its practical applicability, this research synthesizes insights from multiple disciplines, encompassing contemporary humanistic management theories and psychological perspectives. It introduces a pioneering humanistic management model, meticulously crafted to align with the demands of today's enterprises, underscoring the critical importance of humanistic spirit in fortifying organizational cohesion and fostering employee creativity. This initiative not only provides novel perspectives for refining modern enterprise management practices but also propels the evolution of management theory toward a more human-centered and scientifically robust paradigm.
