Abstract：

With the continuous development of mechanical industry, higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive properties of spring steel. The chemical composition and production process of spring flat steel are designed to meet the requirements of high strength and high toughness of spring flat steel, through the test, the product surface quality and internal quality all meet the national standards, the performance indicators to meet user requirements.
