Abstract:
In recent years, with the intensification of global climate change and ecological crises, as of 2023, over
130 countries worldwide have committed to carbon neutrality goals. According to the report of the
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), if global temperatures rise by more than 1.5℃, it will trigger
irreversible ecological disasters. Achieving 'carbon neutrality' - where the amount of carbon dioxide emitted by
human activities is balanced by the amount absorbed - has become the main path to curb the climate crisis. "From carbon capture technology (CCUS) to artificial photosynthesis, from green hydrogen energy to AI-driven
grid optimization - technology is becoming the 'key weapon' in the global race for carbon neutrality. This article
aims to explore the current issues in the extrusion process of silicon carbide carriers, introduce the role of silicon
carbide carriers and related forming equipment, extrusion principles, and extrusion processes, analyze various
problem points in the actual extrusion process, thereby improving extrusion quality, increasing production
efficiency, reducing scrap rates, and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
