Abstract:
Tidal flat agriculture is a unique form of agriculture found in China's coastal regions, characterized by
abundant land resources, high biodiversity, and an interlaced aquatic-terrestrial ecological environment. However, challenges such as low terrain, strong tidal influences, and heavy sticky soils hinder mechanized
operations. Traditional agricultural machinery struggles to adapt to the special terrain and crop requirements of
tidal flats, limiting agricultural efficiency improvements. This paper, based on the characteristics of tidal flat
agriculture, deeply analyzes the current mechanization status and existing problems, exploring mechanization
paths suitable for tidal flat environments, including equipment modification, operation mode optimization, and
intelligent technology integration. It also envisions future development directions for tidal flat agricultural
mechanization towards intelligence, greening, and intensification, aiming to provide theoretical support and
technical reference for promoting agricultural modernization in tidal flat areas.
