Abstract:
This paper addresses the issue of disciplinary supervision in the selection and appointment of middlelevel
cadres in public hospitals. It conducts an in-depth analysis of the shortcomings and challenges in the
current supervision mechanism and proposes countermeasures to optimize the quality and efficiency of
disciplinary supervision. Through research, it was found that in the selection and appointment of middle-level
cadres in public hospitals, there are issues such as incomplete systems, ineffective supervision mechanisms, insufficient supervision awareness, and weak supervision capabilities. To address these issues, this paper
proposes a multi-dimensional approach to enhance the quality and efficiency of disciplinary supervision, including strengthening supervisory awareness, improving institutional mechanisms, enhancing supervisory
capacity, and innovating supervisory methods. Specifically, it suggests expanding supervisory channels through
digital intelligent supervision, strengthening integrity file construction, and implementing a system for middlelevel
cadres to report personal matters.
