Abstract:
Against the backdrop of new-quality productive forces accelerating the restructuring of the
manufacturing industry's competitive landscape, this study analyses the connotations and defining characteristics
of new-quality productive forces. It reveals the intrinsic mechanisms of cost synergy management from
perspectives including technological empowerment, data integration, industrial chain collaboration, and decision- optimisation. The research dissects issues within Tianjin's intelligent manufacturing enterprises' cost
management, such as outdated accounting models, severe data silos, and technological and talent lag. It
proposes establishing a collaborative management mechanism and strategy system encompassing an intelligent
synergy platform, a full-chain sharing mechanism, and a collaborative incentive mechanism. It also proposes
practical countermeasures such as precise control, collaborative sharing, technological empowerment, and talent
cultivation. This provides theoretical support and a practical paradigm for promoting cost synergy and high- quality development in Tianjin's intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
