Abstract:
Yunnan is the most concentrated area for ethnic minorities in China. Its folk dances are diverse in forms, embodying profound historical culture and ethnic spirit. With social changes and the development of the cultural industry, Yunnan folk dance constantly faces the dual pressures of modernization and commercialization in the process of inheriting traditional culture. How to achieve innovative transformation while adhering to the core of ethnic culture has become an important issue in current research and practice. This paper conducts a systematic analysis from aspects such as the characteristics of traditional culture, contemporary expression paths, and transformation effects, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. It aims to provide theoretical and practical references for the inheritance and sustainable development of Yunnan folk dance.
