Abstract：

Against the dual backdrop of deepening the dual-circulation development pattern and continuously strengthening the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination in the new era, international logistics—as the pivotal link connecting domestic and international markets—is increasingly demonstrating synergistic effects with regional economic coordination. This paper focuses on the topic of China-Russia international logistics and regional economic synergy under the dual circulation framework. Supported by core concept definitions and theoretical foundations, it systematically reviews the current state of China-Russia regional economic coordination and their interactive relationship, deeply analyzes key factors influencing synergistic development, and explores suitable development paths and countermeasures. This research not only responds to the practical demands of advancing the national dual-circulation strategy and enhancing the quality and efficiency of China-Russia economic and trade cooperation but also provides theoretical insights for addressing cross-border logistics bottlenecks and strengthening regional economic linkage. It holds significant importance for promoting the efficient flow of factors and deepening industrial integration between the two nations.
