Design and Research of a Digital Integrated Dual-chamber Multifunctional Syringe Structure

Abstract:

In response to industry pain points such as the inability to integrate injection and flushing, safety risks in replacement operations, and resource waste in current syringes, this study proposes a digital integrated dual bag multifunctional syringe design that integrates drug delivery, flushing, and positive pressure sealing functions. Through the integration of structural innovation and digital technology, key technologies such as cutting accuracy, sealing reliability, and positive pressure tube sealing are broken through, achieving the clinical needs of "single operation, multiple effects". This design not only reduces the risk of needlestick injuries and minimizes the use of consumables, but also promotes the development of related industries such as non-standard molds and intelligent injection pumps, providing a new path for medical technology innovation and syringe safety upgrades.
