Abstract：

The business environment with the rule of law not only means to protect the legitimate rights and interests of market subjects according to law, but also means to establish a stable and orderly market order with legal norms as the standard. environment with the rule of law means to play the role of guidance, regulation, promotion and guarantee of the rule of law in social resource allocation, strengthen the construction of the rule of law, regulate the behavior of market subjects and government according to law, punish illegal business operation market subjects and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of market subjects effectively. The report mentioned that it is necessary to further promote the reform of law construction related to enterprises and promote the reform of law service related to enterprises, while carrying out compliance work for key industrial enterprises. In the process of further promoting the business environment with the rule of law, we should focus on problems and take appropriate measures to improve its quality and efficiency.
