Research on Educational Organization Governance and High-quality Development of Practical Teaching from the Perspective of Ethical Leadership ——Based on the Three-dimensional Analysis of School Culture, Tolerance and Trust

Abstract:

In modern times of educational reform, the management of educational organizations has changed from traditional administrative management to more value-oriented leadership. This paper examines the influence of ethical leadership on the quality development of practical teaching—an essential component of effective instruction in higher and vocational education. By using a three-dimensional theory framework including school culture, organizational tolerance and interpersonal trust, this paper analyzes how ethical leaders can create a good environment for pedagogical innovation and experience learning. This study argues that ethical leadership plays an instrumental role in helping to build institutional integrity because it provides the safe space teachers and students both can have for the kinds of serious practice exercises needed. The conclusion shows that high level practical teaching is not just a technical setup but reflects the interaction of an eco system in which the system is governed by ethical standards, cultural resonance and mutual trust to produce a sustainable high standard of education.
