Abstract:

This paper focuses on the imbalance of children’s education resources between 26 mountainous counties in Zhejiang Province and the main urban area of Hangzhou. Taking the "online course package + offline practice space" as the core carrier, it explores the construction path and practical value of a complementary mechanism for urban and rural children’s education resources. Based on demand research to identify the pain points of urban and rural children’s education, this study designs a complementary model covering curriculum development, platform construction, paired interaction and other dimensions, and verifies the effectiveness of the mechanism through pilot operation. It aims to break the limitations of traditional one-way assistance, realize two-way empowerment of high-quality urban education resources sinking and mountainous characteristic culture feedback, and provide a replicable practical paradigm for balanced education and common prosperity in education.
