摘要(Abstract):
克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)是一种慢性炎症性肠病,近年来其与慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)之间的关系引起了研究者的广泛关注。流行病学研究表明,CD患者患CKD的风险显著增加,这种机制超出了传统认知中药物肾毒性等因素的范畴。然而,目前在这一领域的研究仍存在一些不足。本文综述了CD与CKD的流行病学数据、遗传学因素及相关生物通路,并描述了利用生物信息学方法进行分析的进展,为系统鉴定和验证这两种疾病的共同基因与通路提供了新的视角。这将有助于有效识 别CD与CKD的共同分子靶点,并为未来的机制研究、生物标志物开发及精准治疗提供理论依据。
