摘要(Abstract)：

结构化安宁疗护模式在ICU终末期患者中的应用进展：护理层面通过综合干预、分级管理及风险管理改善患者身心状态；患者评估聚焦病情特征、预后因素及HRQoL；安宁疗护缓解心理痛苦，提升满意度；跨学科研究完善模式，现有研究存在不足需优化。
