缺氧诱导因子-1 在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停致神经损伤中的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea, OSA)是最常见的睡眠相关呼吸障碍,导致间歇性缺氧和睡眠中断,引起患者的神经损伤。缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia inducible factor-1, HIF-1)具有神经保护作用,是治疗神经退行性疾病的有效靶点。HIF-1对OSA致神经损伤具有预防和改善作用。
