不同海拔暴露对最大心率的影响

摘要(Abstract):

为探究海拔对最大心率的影响,本研究以青藏高原三个海拔梯度(2995m、4020m、5200m)的152名男性被试为研究对象, 通过20m折返跑测试并结合心率监测设备实测最大心率 。单因素方差分析显示,海拔对最大心率具有显著影响 (F(2,149)=12.52,p<0.001)。事后比较表明,低海拔组(2995m)和中高海拔组(4020m)的最大心率均显著高于高海拔组(5200m)(p<0.001),而低海拔组与中高海拔组间无显著差异(p=0.697)。结果表明极端高海拔(>5000m)会显著抑制最大心率,而中高海拔阶段仍可代偿维持功能。本研究创新地在真实高海拔环境下开展多梯度实验,填补了平原移居人群相关研究的空白,为高海拔地区运动安全与健康管理提供了重要生理学依据。
