摘要(Abstract):
目的 以其上下颌全牙弓及软组织传统印模为参照,分析其与数字化印模的三维精度差异。方法 随机筛选符合纳入标准的上下颌患者50人,获取上下颌全牙弓和周围软组织数字化印模和传统印模,对数字化印模和传统印模进行三维精度对比分析。结果 对三维模型配准差异进行分析时,上下颌两种印模方式的RMS值大于50,说明两种印模方式之间存在真实差异。结论 两种印模方式获取的全上下颌牙列和软组织数字化模型存在显著差异,如何获得更准确的数字化模型还有待进一步研究。
