摘要(Abstract)：

慢性阻塞性肺病（ChronicObstructivePulmonaryDisease,COPD）作为全球高发的慢性呼吸系统疾病，常与睡眠障碍共病，显著加重患者病情负担、损害认知功能及身心健康，并增加心血管事件与全因死亡风险。本文系统梳理COPD伴睡眠障碍的临床现状，深入剖析两者间的病理机制与双向作用关系，全面综述当前干预策略与研究前沿，结合近年临床调查、机制探索及干预研究成果（含系统评价、meta分析及中西医结合研究），明确共病的患病率特征、风险预测因子及治疗新方向，为临床诊疗优化与科研深化提供参考。
