摘要(Abstract)：

Sema3A作为轴突导向蛋白家族中重要成员之一，最初被发现参与神经系统的轴突导向，越来越多的研究发现其在血管新生、骨质形成、免疫应答中均具有重要作用。近些年来，轴突导向蛋白家族成员因为它们广泛的生物学作用而受到越来越多的关注，然而关于Sema3A在心血管疾病中的研究却较为有限。文章总结Sema3A及其受体的生物学特性，并对其在动脉粥样硬化、心律失常、心力衰竭等方面的研究进行综述，以期为临床相关疾病提供一个潜在的研究方向。
