摘要(Abstract):
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种累及全身多个系统的自身免疫性疾病,如皮肤、关节、眼、血液系统、心血管系统、消化系统、呼吸系统等,其中血液系统损伤是疾病活动的重要标志之一,与预后密切相关。SLE相关性血液系统损伤的机制主要涉及免疫异常和炎症反应的相互作用,这些因素对血液细胞的生成和功能产生了显著影响。当前的治疗策略包括使用免疫抑制剂、靶向生物制剂以及一些新兴疗法,这些方法在一定程度上改善了患者的临床症状和预后。尽管如此,依然存在治疗效果不佳和副作用等问题。本文综述SLE相关贫血、白细胞减少、血小板减少的发病机制、诊疗策略及最新进展,强调多学科协作下的个体化管理,为临床实践提供参考,促进SLE患者的管理与治疗,推动该领域的进一步研究。
