Abstract：

Against the background of the in-depth integration of the digital economy and the industry economy, the dual transformation of digitalization and intelligence has become an inevitable choice to empower the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the industry economy. However, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are faced with multiple risks in the transformation process, which restrict the effectiveness of dual transformation and industry economic upgrading. Taking manufacturing Enterprise B as the research object, this paper analyzes the risk factors and their causes in its dual transformation from the perspective of industry economy, summarizes the practical strategies of risk management, provides practical guidance for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to realize the coordinated promotion of compliant operation and transformation development under resource constraints, and helps the manufacturing industry economy achieve steady upgrading.
