Abstract:
Against the background of the digital economy, the informatization transformation of industrial
enterprises has become an important path to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing
industry economy. However, informatization transformation is characterized by large investment scale, long cycle, and high concentration of risks, which may lead to reduced investment efficiency and unbalanced industry
transformation. From the perspective of industry economy, this paper takes Haier Group as a case study. On the
basis of analyzing the objectives and common risks of informatization transformation of industrial enterprises, it
systematically sorts out its transformation paths and risk management support mechanisms in terms of
technology adaptation, organizational change, and capital allocation. This paper provides useful reference for the
manufacturing industry to realize the coordination of risk control and high-quality development in the process of
promoting informatization transformation.
