Research on the Service Quality Evaluation ofLhasa Public Library

Abstract:

In recent years, with the vigorous promotion of national and regional policies, the public library system in Lhasa has achieved significant development. However, there is a lack of systematic evaluation on the service efficiency and reader satisfaction of the library. This study takes the newly opened Lhasa Library as the main research object. Through literature analysis and theoretical reference, an evaluation index system covering "information resources", "library environment" and "service effect" was constructed. The research adopted questionnaire survey method, entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for analysis, to evaluate the service quality of public libraries in Lhasa, and to provide a basis for further improving the service quality of public libraries in Lhasa.
