Abstract：

The training of Master of Clinical Medicine plays an important role in cultivating high ‑ level clinical medical talents and promoting the sustainable development of clinical medical services. Under the background of in‑ depth cooperation in medical education, optimizing and improving the training model of Master of Clinical Medicine has important practical significance for improving the comprehensive quality of postgraduates, enhancing clinical practice ability and scientific research literacy, and promoting the connection between clinical talent training and actual medical service demand. This paper focuses on the construction and optimization of the training model of Master of Clinical Medicine under the background of medical education cooperation, analyzes the current situation and existing fields to be improved in the training process, and explores targeted strategies and paths to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical postgraduate training.
