摘要(Abstract)：

慢加急性肝衰竭（acute-on-chronic liver failure, ACLF）是在慢性肝病基础上发生的，并且常伴有其他肝外器官衰竭的急性肝脏正常生理功能失代偿。ACLF短期死亡率较高，这意味着治疗ACLF需要对病因治疗、对症支持治疗及肝移植进行综合管理。 ACLF的诊治在近几年有了一定程度的发展。本文综述ACLF概念的定义、流行病学特征及治疗，以供临床工作者参考。
