摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道一例35岁女性患者因“卵巢囊肿”行腹腔镜手术，术中发现子宫肌层囊肿的病例。患者术前超声仅提示卵巢囊肿。通过术中探查及术后病理，确诊为子宫中肾管囊肿残余囊肿。本病例提示子宫囊肿可能存在影像学漏诊情况，强调术中仔细探查的重要性。
