摘要(Abstract)：

目的 本研究报道1例泰它西普治疗儿童IgA肾病的诊治过程，并初步探讨泰它西普在儿童IgA肾病治疗中的应用价值，以期为未来的临床研究与实践提供参考。方法 分析2022年我院收治的1例儿童IgA肾病病历资料并进行分析讨论，增加临床经验。结果 本例为1例IgA肾病，经传统治疗方案后病情仍有反复，存在中等量蛋白尿，予泰它西普治疗3月左右尿蛋白明显减少，维持治疗约1年，尿蛋白可维持在200mg/d以下水平，监测肾功能恢复正常范围。结论 该患儿经过泰它西普联合传统治疗方案治疗后，其尿蛋白显著下降，肾功能维持稳定，但随着应用时间延长，可能会增加感染几率。
