摘要(Abstract)：

全球人口老龄化进程加速，老年呼吸系统疾病发病率逐年攀升，衰弱作为老年人群核心临床综合征，在该类患者中高发，与残疾、急性加重、住院及全因死亡等不良结局密切相关，已成为呼吸疾病全周期管理的重要环节。本文围绕老年呼吸系统疾病与衰弱的双向关联，系统阐述衰弱的发生机制、临床评估工具及多维度管理策略，分析当前研究局限与未来方向，为该类患者衰弱的临床筛查、早期干预及规范化管理提供循证依据。
